WHO WE CONTINUE TO GIVE DATA?

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?

In relation to the above mentioned purposes, you have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored and to request their rectification or deletion at any time. You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes or to require processing restrictions. The revocation has no effect on the legality of the previous data processing and does not extend to such data processing, for which there is a legal reason for permission and which therefore can be processed without consent. You are entitled to data transferability under the applicable legal requirements in order to receive your personal data in a structured, common and machine-readable format.

By voluntarily submitting information to Nissan International SA (NISA), you agree that this information is non-confidential and that NISA may now and future store and use this information to provide you with agreed services. NISA may also share this information with other members of the Nissan Group of Companies and with other companies for the purposes set out above. If you prefer not to receive such services, please inform NISA that you wish to decline to receive such information. Pursuant to Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution on Data Protection and Swiss Legislation, you may inquire as to what "personal information" Nissan holds about you.
